C63 ordered
After plenty of issues with my CLA 45 AMG, I finally have a W205 C63 on order. Predicted production date is somewhere in April, and predicted delivery date is at the end of May.

May I ask what issues were there with the CLA45 ? wait period ? if that's the case most Countries have a wait period extending beyond 12 months for one of those '
Congrats BTW on your upcoming W205 C63

Pricing hasn't been announced yet although they expect it to be 4-5k more then the original. So about 70-72K (Canadian). Basically so far the process is going the same as it went for my CLA 45. (Got one of the first CLA 45's here. Ordered it before options, pricing etc were announced also)

As for the wait period for the CLA 45 it's about 1-2 years here. Also thanks!

Just read your thread in the link, have to say sorry to hear about all the bad luck
Hopefully you'll have no problems with your W205 C63 order, initial batch production of new ground up vehicle models do sometimes having teething problems.

you can place deposits how ever early you want. just gets you a spot. i placed mine back in july. so I'm first at #1 dealership in the US. i didn't want the first edition though so i might get it a couple weeks after launch.

I can live with some issues and recalls as long as they aren't serious. (Like loss of acceleration) So as long as I don't end up getting a lemon I'll probably be happy, plus the C class should have better build quality, and materials due to it's higher class, and it being the flagship of Mercedes.

Happens all the time
And if it caused an accident that is driver error
No different than hitting the brakes to avoid something
It is programmed to do so... Limp mode
So if the car is reset then accelerated and detects the fault again it cuts power therefor 'losing acceleration'
Common for cars with an obd fault
All drama, much ado about nothing
Did it do it after they repaired it?

Yes the car lost acceleration again after it was repaired.

They would never do that, admit liability
They may deal to make you go away

Thank you for graciously allowing me my opinion your highness
Really?
Read your whining thread
In hospital on morphine then released the next day lol
Biotching about your dad using your cla
How do you pay for it? You are in HS?
Complaining about oprating temp, you say normal is 60 C but 80 C is high?
80 C is low or normal depending on load
You car has water, oil and engine temp gauges?
What is 'engine' temp?
Mysterious noises lol
You drove the car with no coolant? Not smart

I blame the AMG for my poor health. Due to it I'm on a heart monitor (Ok it's the surgeries fault but I shall blame ze car!).
Don't like the 911 air vents? Never to be satisfied
Squeaky brakes? Dear lord
The chairman of MB ag was involved in the resolution? Lol
A little hole in a door panel?
Nav screen rattles?
This guy nailed it
Lol.. Jake, I'm sorry. But this post is just like big bold letters that just SCREAMS "I'm too young and not ready for this car". (Speaking of C63).
Just being 100% honest with you and saying this for your own good, but even the manner in which you describe how you're driving tells me that you don't truly know how to control the vehicle and aren't experienced when it comes to pushing a car. Seriously, one of those times you think it's 'easy' to regain control and you don't, or 'hop' in the wrong place at the wrong speed, and it's game over.
You get that C63, and it's a matter of time before you kill yourself or someone else. Sorry man, but it takes one instance of 'making the car swerve' to lose control and hurt yourself or worse, hurt someone else. You're on public roads... Go to a track if you want to push a car or test it's limits man. Be responsible.
Honestly, do some autocross if at all possible if there's any in your area. It's a GREAT way to learn a cars limits and push a car in a safe environment while travelling at relatively lower speeds when compared to track racing. I haven't taken the 45 yet, plan on it next spring but I extensively drove my WRX at such events as well as a friends Stingray and it can be a blast man!
I'm starting to feel like a dam parent responding to your posts... Going to have to fly out there and slap some sense into ya if ya keeps this up
I like the prepurchase pic on the dash with the check light on
Lol
That thread is hilarious
Please don't take this the wrong way but you come across as a spoilt, entitled, whiny little punk brat
The way you spoke of your father tells all
His only mistake was the way he raised you
If my son acted like you I would consider myself a failure as a father

You walllow in self pity and egotistical excess
