Any word on the certification figures for the official weight and MPG? The MBUSA AMG website is still showing the weight as 3,924 and "XX" for MPG.

Idk about the mpg and all that but someone said the cars have been released to carriers

Official Certification Weights:

C63:
- 3729 lbs Shipping Weight (10% fuel load)
- 3829 lbs Curb Weight (100% fuel load

C63 S:
- 3755 lbs Shipping Weight (10% fuel load)
- 3855 lbs Curb Weight (100% fuel load)

The 26lb higher weight of the C63 S is because of content (19" wheels (vs 18" on C63), larger front brakes, nappa leather and assorted trim bits)

My trainer said he was average 15 MPG City/22 Highway. Impressive I think. The car only had 1,750 miles on it however.

I do have a VIN so that's some news lol but no. The cars from what I can tell have been released to trucks to be loaded on rail.

So I was on PL AMG Chat session and I asked how long it would take for the car to get here from Alabama. William Vetter said it should take 15 days or less. That includes the rail time plus the logistics at the rail head.

Just called my dealership. The system still shows that the car is at the shipping yard. Wonder what's taking them so long to ship the car. Also at this rate it looks like I won't have the car by May 9th like I was hoping for...
