Seriously, I may say goodbye to this beautiful car.
Please advise, what are the alternatives that I can choose?
110k for a C class is getting pretty crazy. You can get the E63 S for almost the same price and the rates are .9 and 1.9% which is way better!!
I love the car. Love the sound.... But this is a little excessive. We will see what my dealer comes back to me with for lease payments. I'm thinking about just ordering the base C63 S. Save some cash and in the long run, it should be better. Very few people will pay for the additional options when you sell the vehicle.

Couldn't agree more....time to reconsider my C63S Ed 1 to be delivered in 2 weeks!

97k for a C class... a base cayman GT4 is cheaper than this C63s edition one...
on a side note, mercedes is offering prepaid maintenance package for the amg.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
1. Are US and Canadian prices the same or do we (US) expect them to be lower?
2. Is the pre-paid maintenance worth the price of ~$1500?
Anyone here found themselves paying more that ~$1500 for maintenance and had regrets for not selecting the pre-paid?
Okay, that was really more than two questions.
1) PPM (Pre-Paid Maintenance) cannot be residualized into the lease. This means you are paying for the full value over the course of your lease term. PPM price plus tax divided by 36 months.
2) It is non-refundable on a AMG vehicle once you have used it. It is not like MB's regular PPM. If the vehicle is sold, not traded in, it does stay with the vehicle.
3) It does cover the 1,500 mile rear diff service.
4) The pricing of the Rear Diff Service, Service A (10K), Service B (20K), and Service A (30K) are about the same price as PPM or doing through your service department.
5) Do not try to shake the price; the profit margin is a joke to be honest.
Hope that helps!
Canada C$82,900
US C$87,000
Germany C$113,000
UK C$120,000
Singapore C$400,000

If anyone is interested below is the price for the new C63 and C63s.
Unfortunately I have am unable to download the entire price together with all the options, so I sent the first 10 pages of an 82 page doc.

10s years ago, when USD/CAD was at $1.5X, CAN cars were about 1.2 (or so) X US prices depending on models… My friend and his partner were buying CAN cars (high priced cars that had room for price diff or profit like SL) and export to US… MB CA later tried to ban on selling cars to those exporters…
Roughly 4-5 years ago, when USD/CAD was at par or CAD was higher, CAN cars were still more expensive… That's when the car importers had their great time. My friend's employee imported a brand new Infiniti from US, saved 4-5 or 5-6 thousands, price diff was around $10k or so after the currency diff and all the taxes and equipments installed to meet CA regulation. And… MB CA decided not to honor the warranty or transfer the warranty if the car was bought in US around 3 years ago…
For the MY15 C63s, to me, IT'S NOT WORTH IT… If the CC brake isn't free of charge and the car is fully loaded, or if fully loaded ED1, it is on par or more expensive than an M3 fully loaded without the options a C63 doesn't have before a discount… 3series is going to be facelifted this Sep, I think M3 will come out at the same time (there's no wait for BMW to test the car and they have not done any exterior change except for the headlight and taillight to facelifted models in a long time). I'd rather look for other cars or get the E63s for that price or wait for the super steep discount in a year or so. Last gen of CLS, when it was outgoing, it had 10-20K discount for clearance (discount $ depends and might vary, it may happen again as it happened to the last gen of ML too. Another thing makes it unworthy is it's assembled in the US (they seem not willing to pass the saving to buyers compared to the car made in Germany) and this might be the first time CAN model completely changes the tradition and removes the advantage/competitiveness compared to competitors. CAN cars usually have more options standarded because it has to follow the the big US market and a much smaller sales volume. CAN cars fully loaded's price compared to US cars fully loaded usually is a bit higher before taking the currency rate diff into account. E63s/CLS63s after the currency diff make them look attractive now… Maybe US buyers will buy them and import to US now!
Buy if anyone wants the car and think it's worth it, they will pay for it. The price didn't increase for C300/C400, the 19" AMG wheels even decrease from$1,000 to $500 for CAN C400. I think they already shoot thru the price ceiling for CAN market, not worried if there's any increase to MY16 as new facelifted M3 (possible offering water injection?)is coming soon (BMW is easy to get a discount, I already saw an used yellow M4 at used car dealer 2-3month ago) and I have time to wait and see if they succeed or fail to sell/compete. MY15 is at lease 2 month late for launch compared to W204's launch in Mar in 08 and soon to depreciate, wait and see for the MY16 might be smarter way to do at least… if the love hasn't faded…
What is this #3 1,500 mile rear diff service? Is it covered in the normal four year warranty?
Thanks

That is considered a maintenance service so it is not covered under the 4/50,000 warranty. It is only covered if you purchase the PPM plan. Otherwise, you would pay out of pocket.
