Some of the conversations made me think about the average age of a C63 buyers. I'll start first

I think it should be divided by 5s. Being in a category that ends in 30 makes me feel old haha jk

In Canada and owning an AMG eh...
sure is nice born in a rich family.
I was born in a good family too, but not 19-years-old-and-buying-a-80k+-car kinda good.

I'm 25. Had an sti, 135i, audi rs4, 911 turbo, and now 2 c63's. Bought all of them myself.
Don't get all butthurt that young people afford nice toys because you weren't given the opportunity. Some of us get lucky, some of us work for it, but not all of us receive them as gifts from family.

I am not butt hurt, if you are doing that good cuz you joined facebook or something, good for you. But lets be real here, you didn't expect me to just guess that do you?
People assume things about others, that's what makes us human. You'll learn to love and ease off that toughness one day.
just curious how are you paid that well at such a young age? I sure want to be on that boat.
And yes, I am paid very well now, but I worked my butt off for it, and I got lucky to join a pre-IPO company, so I have some change to play with now.

Extremely rich province due to oil. So wages are good everywhere here. Could have done welding in the oil fields to make ridiculous amounts of money, but I'm currently working as a carpenter which pays rather well while at the same time going to school. Plus the 700ish monthly payments aren't too bad. Even with a minimum wage job you could easily earn that on a monthly basis lol.Originally Posted by TLDream

Joined the military at the right time. Got extremely lucky to be put in a unit that was going to do some high speed stuff. Was wounded in the process and paid for the work I did while overseas and now retired for injuries sustained. Originally Posted by TLDream

I also remained single, and have no kids or bad habits such as smoking.
My dollar does get stretched, but cars have always been the #1 hobby for me so spending what I do on them doesn't hurt too much.
I ran away from family money, silver spoon and titles to show them all that I can do On my own. 7 years in the Air Force, two degrees, working my *** for a public company only to learn that I can and should start my own company. 12 years later, 70+ people and offices on the east and west coast, I can afford all the toys I want.

Good for you to get your ducks in order at a young age and enjoy your ride. No reason to have to defend yourself btw. Originally Posted by kuba.95

Canada's min wage obviously more then the US. If they were the same all those kids working for McDonalds would be driving M3/4 and c63's.

The min wage here is $10.20 which is rather good in my opinion, and makes it possible to earn even 1k a month working part time. 1.6ish k working full time lol. So with a nice down payment, and depending on the financial option you choose; you can have a nice car if you don't spend money on other things etc. So life here in Canada is good. Especially in Alberta with all of the jobs due to the oil.

When I'm old I want to be just like that. I mean not old but in my 30s.Member
I am currently 26, I own a medical billing company since i was 20 and been doing great ever since. I never had extremely nice cars but, had a Mercedes since i was 18, first C280 then C300 now C350 and hopefully a spanking C63S by Mid-May. Born and raised in Cuba and arrived to the USA when I was 15.
Great to read stories of young people who have made it and can buy all the toys they want! Keep em coming!
Thank you for serving PurpleHeartAMG and InfinityWind!

Thank you very much to those who shared their success stories. I do agree that I am very curious to hear first-hand experiences. I am about to finish my first year in university and having big saving/investment plans that I will put into effect within a few months because I would really like to be able to purchase an AMG (C63/GT) as soon as I start working.
