Ausfahrt.TV In Depth Video Review (30 mins)

If you haven't viewed an in depth video review of the C63S, grab a snack and take a seat. Here is the 30 minute English version. Yes, I confess....certainly not the best review(er).

Interesting review however painful to listen to...LOL

I was shocked when he said he wouldn't want it as a daily driver. No one has said that yet.I truly don't think he's a C63 driver. Why do I think that? "I wish the car was quieter" & "The suspension is to stiff for me."

He even said "I don't want to buy this one; but I wish my friend would have one."

Not going to lie. This is probably my favorite review. It had a lot of in depth stuff about the interior. That's something I havnt seen yet.

I was wondering what ambient lighting we were going go get.
I like the rear climate control thing.
2 USB ports for the win.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like the US cars get the three zone climate control.

why does it shock you? He is an ordinary consumer reviewing a car and sharing his opinion.
He doesn't have to be a C63 driver to review a car.
Different stokes for different folks.

And I have heard a few reviewers state that the C63 is still too stiff even in comfort mode.

I was also shocked because I saw his initial review in which he said he "felt like he was at home" while sitting in the car. See 4:55. But yes, that was before his test drive....got it.

Interesting review, certainly a long tiring one but overall I think it was very informative and worthwhile, wonder what happened on that take 2 when he was talking about the bonnet power domes lol

Agree with amanuuh in that he's given an honest and up front objective opinion, certainly what he says in conclusion is not a bad thing at all, he states it makes for a near perfect track car, but too powerful, loud and uncomfortable as a daily driver IMO fair enough and valid points for some people, but not others - each to their own

What makes me a little curious though is that I watched the review he did of the S Class coupe (5.5 TT V8 variant) a while back which is much more powerful than the 205 C63 but he absolutely loved everything about it

He says that in the simple context that he'd love to have the experience of the C63 once in while but just not every day, hence if his good mate buys one he can take it out and enjoy it every now and then

He is clearly overwhelmed by it but never suggests that it is a bad thing about the car, he is clearly into much more refined hi po vehicles as his review of the S Class I mentioned in the previous post will attest to ie. he's no Chris Harris or any other one of these track hoon reviewers lol

Naturally, he is entitled to his opinion. I just felt that he had the most "negative" comments about the car than any other reviewer.

The S63 is not a track car, it's a GT. From inside the cabin, it is not too loud, the power is there to move all that weight therefore it is not too powerful, and the S class is not even close to being considered "uncomfortable."

His opinion is right on par with mine after test driving the W204 C63. It's a great car but there is no way in hell it could ever be my daily driver.

My question is what is the correct way to acquire 0-60 times? Its obvious this guy has at least one other passenger in the car. Should we assume there are no passengers in the rear -- how about luggage? Hope not.
