The Canadian normal C class doesn't even have the night package. (Check the configurator on MB Canadas website if you want. Also I'll double check to see if this is correct on the order guide cause the configurator can be messed up at times.) Edit- Just checked and it doesn't mention the night package for the C class even once.
Also cars can't have dark tinted rear and sides windows as a option in Canada, since it's illegal in some provinces.
The Edition 1's usually don't come with everything that's included in the night package. This also happened with the CLA 45. Windows weren't tinted (Even the night package doesn't include this.), and the exhausts didn't come in black chrome. So it's not that they're missing; it's just that Edition 1's don't come with that stuff.
Also here's the features list from the newest order guide I have on the night package. (March order guide)
• A-wing on the AMG front apron and A-wing trim strip in high-gloss black
• Louvre radiator trim in silver chrome
• AMG side sill panel inserts and exterior mirror housings in high-gloss black
• Beltline trim strip in high-gloss black

So the only thing it's missing is the black chrome plated exhausts which is normal.

I have just returned from a disappointing trip seeing my car at the dealership without the body side decal stripe, without the red line on the side mirrors, and the biggest surprise, NO TRUNK SPOILER!! How's that possible? Also no black chrome tips but that;s ok, I prefer white chrome. The thing is it is so inconsistent!

Hard to believe that the cars missing such simple things as the decals etc. Hopefully the advice I gave you on the other thread helps a bit. Also try talking to MB Canada about this. If that fails then join the AMG private lounge with the vin of your car, and create a thread about your issues since AMG monitors all of the threads on there.

Also, I have found out that there are times that MB runs short of parts, and so sometimes the car comes without something due to a part shortage. My GLK did not have the chrome roof rails because they ran short. GL's coming without sunroofs. GL's in Canada with the AMG hood because the standard hood was in short supply. Good news is that the trunk spoiler could be installed by the dealer just like the decals. So as long as they promise to get them to you sometime I guess it is not the end of the world.

I went on the AMG Lounge, and the guy who bought the car from Ottawa is missing his Heads Up Display and the Intelligent Driving Package as well. And they are clearly marked on his spec order sheet. Unreal!!

Kuba I remember that too! In this kind of situation(old and new order guide differences)do we consumers have a case or not? I also vaguely remember seeing the decal thing on my salesman's computer order list checks as to delete or not.

I am not sure you can hold up the order guide and say there it is, give me the stuff. Because the order guide they will say is an internal work in progress document not to be given the the public.
But if the dealer sent you the order guide, then you may have the case.
Realistically, you will get the spoiler because you can prove other Canadian Edition 1 cars got one.
The decals you will likely get if you make enough noise. I suggest if the dealer is unwilling to get it resolved go to MB Canada itself. Point out all other cars around the world are getting them. If that is not good enough go to the AMG Private Lounge and complain to AMG themselves. That should get things moving.

The car at David Morris also had a new expected delivery date of May 28th, and multiple other cars had updated expected delivery dates of late May early June etc. Also technically it was supposed to be here April 25th... Plus who knows if it'll be here by the new date at the rate things are going

Seats were an issue for Alabama only. It was the adhesive they were using. If it went below freezing the adhesive would turn white and stain the seats. That has been resolved now. Dealerships did seat cover replacements early this year.
All seats now should not have that issue as the adhesive has been fixed.

So the one at Morris was in the same time line as my car. I was just told my car is on hold. So I assume it is the same problem. Lack of spoilers. Lack of decals. Supply chain problems again.
