The car at David Morris also had a new expected delivery date of May 28th, and multiple other cars had updated expected delivery dates of late May early June etc. Also technically it was supposed to be here April 25th... Plus who knows if it'll be here by the new date at the rate things are going
i didnt even know you could get an edition 1 in canada, its not on the options on the MB website when i checked.
was going for a used cls63 but this one is looking tempting for just a little more money.

like the red inner front grill, and red on the side mirrors are decals???
cheapo isnt it?
so what do you get besides paint/color treatment and some red decals that takes the regular c63s from $82000 to $98000 in the edition 1?
just the above and nappa leather?

Seats were an issue for Alabama only. It was the adhesive they were using. If it went below freezing the adhesive would turn white and stain the seats. That has been resolved now. Dealerships did seat cover replacements early this year.
All seats now should not have that issue as the adhesive has been fixed.

Oh I know it has been rectified, my point is not a good first impression to the C Class owners, and certainly not this mixup in delivered vehicles.

A fun fact, the GLA250 is considered an SUV so it comes with tinted windows while the GLA45 (I suppose due to the lower ride height) is considered a passenger car so it comes with clear windows in North America.
In addition to my above comment there's a disclaimer on the DOG that states MB reserves the right to make changes and that information isn't always accurate etc. just to save their bacon in situations exactly like this. MB is aware of some of the issues with the Edition 1s and are working on fixes from what I've read on the Private Lounge.
