Lease payment check in...
For the last few months, I hammered my dealer for numbers, but until very recently there was not even any pricing in the system.
I just got quoted ridiculous numbers for 24 month and 36 month, 7500 miles/year, like $1k more per month than what I am paying on my 2015 M4! There is only a $10k MSRP price difference between the two cars!
What are you guys paying?
I had an M4 and it was very good, didnt like the way it sounded at all, but overall a nice car, nice looking and fast!
Now with the benz, very differente characters, very good sound, nice interior...I think I like it better. I just saw series 7 new interior and was very dissapointed. looks like the m4 inside.

Dealer is requoting me on a purchase, 72 month. No way am I doing a lease on this car, rates and residuals are crazy. You win, Mercedes!

I've worked out that a similarly equipped C63S vs M3. (Yes I consider the S the true M competitor) The C63s will only cost 7k more on purchase price (I'd pay that), but cost me 22k more over 3 years on Lease due to poor residual values. WOW. That's a 40% difference in cost between the 2 cars! Maybe that will change after a few months? Don't know if it is BMW just being very aggressive or Mercedes trying to hose us on intro hype. I generally don't pay much attention to price, but in this case it may tilt the scales....

That said, BMW is generally a bit more aggressive on leases (even with ///M cars).
However, back in '13, when I began leasing my W204 C63 sedan, I was able to get a significantly lower payment than I would have with a brand new E92 M3 with comparable options. All about timing.
I was thinking about this last light... It isn't really the money that bothers me but the perceived insult of it all....
I'm actually surprised many others here aren't complaining.....
Maybe MB is correct pricing on demand.... If not, they will probably adjust.
Maybe waiting for things to cool down is key....
A fully loaded $100k C63s costs this. I clicked every box and added the $895 Cavansite blue mattilic paint & CB trim $2500.
