Thanks bro...!

Quote: Good before and after shots. Interesting move on the stock rims though. I like it. What's your plan? Are you sticking with the dip? Let us know how it works for you. I've heard it could last anywhere from 6 months to 3 years depending on the amount put on.
The dip on the rims are temporary. I might leave them dipped a bit longer but if I do anything within the next few months it will likely be powder coating them the same color. I don't have a lot of faith in the dip. Thanks man.

Thanks guys. As I researched this on different forums, I quickly found out that most people favored Xpel film. I had the install done by Alliance Wraps in Murietta. It took about 4 hours to get the front end done minus the mirror caps. I'm getting CF caps so I'll get them clear bra'd after I install them.

So cleaned the car up a bit and took a short video showing the wheels and night styling mods.

By the way, I was at the dealer today and they have both a C63S Edition One and a AMG GT-S. Both looking good…! Hey Joel…is this the car you test drove?

Iceman,

That is the car I test drove. I LOVE the Palladium Silver. That car was really nice. It was kind of tough to walk away from. But I figure if I'm buying a car on this level I better get exactly what I want. I just wanted MY16 order more.

Does the Pano roof actually open or is it merely a slight lift in the rear end like in your photos?

Yeah, it works. Similar to the E1 in the video above.

I'm with you. They also called me on that one but I wanted Polar White. It's a nice car and if I couldn't get my car, I might have bought it.

Thanks bro....! You sound like a happy customer so here's to hoping Tobias sprinkled some of that magic dust on my motor.

Thought I’d post two new short videos to answer a couple of forum questions. The first is using the keyfob to open all windows and pano roof. Any coders out there aware of how to reverse this process and close everything? I'm interested.

The second video is the process required (at the moment) to start the car in S+ mode. The process: Press start button twice, toggle down to S+, press start and you’re ready to go in S+ mode. I did this outside of Starbucks yesterday – had quite the audience. Can this be coded in as well….? I’m not sure but it would be nice to have the option.

Same here. I would like to see what they look like on the vehicle before I commit.

Hey iceman - if you double click the lock button, and hold it down on the second click - it will close the pano and roll up all the windows.

I got my CF mirrors about a week ago, havent installed em yet either lol. Hurry up and get yours on so we can see pictures

LOL, I almost ordered it last week and got cold feet. There was discrepancy with the online price so I paused for a moment to see which one of you guys would post pics before I commit.

I will be getting them for sure but my one concern is I got the OEM CF trunk spoiler and the two might clash and look totally different. Will definitely post pics.

Awesome...! Thanks bro! BTW, do you have the OEM CF trunk spoiler? Do the mirror caps match?

Hurry up and get those CF mirror pics posted -- we're waiting.

My most honest suggestion Iceman is to wait for the CF mirrors and all the rest of it, diffuser, rocker panels, front lip and spoiler. It will look better.
