Should be nil or next to nil...AFAIK that's how they're delivered here in Aust. unless it's a demo or someones taken it around a bit.....
I suppose it depends on market place (Country) to market place, but if that was my car showing 50 miles (that's like nearly 100km on our metric scales) traveled distance on the odometer I certainly would raise this point up with them as to why

Looks like people who received theirs from Germany have way lower kms then from states.
Interesting ... Did you guys get a full tank of gas as well? I was missing 2 bars of gas in assuming dealer drive it 30-40km or so

My dealer knows me well. They are a good bunch. Per my request they do not wash my new cars, nor do they remove the protective plastic sheeting. I like to do that all myself. They drive it exactly one mile to make sure all is well.

Well, my E400 had 9 miles on the clock when I took it out for a test drive. I drove it about 10 more miles, and it only had 20 miles showing when I took delivery. I think most of the cars at my dealer had between 8 and 10 miles showing when they were placed on display.
