scraping front bumper bottom

Understandably, this is a special car with more aggressive stance that is more prone to scraping. But I am curious how do you guys handle stupid entry/exit to parking lots. I try to go at an angle typically but it is not possible all the time due to other cars/pedestrians/etc... And so far, I scraped twice due to unfortunate situations.

there is a supermarket near me, that has a ridiculous angle in one of the newly build entry/exit. IMHO, that thing is simply done wrong, normal cars will already scrape.

Is there anything we can do, such as complaint to the city, or something? There's gotta be some regulations with how these are built, and it is on city owned land right?

That's what I was going to say! If a store has a bad parking lot or other bad things for my car I go somewhere else. With that being said, I'm also worried about pulling to close to higher parking lot curbs. Better safe then sorry.

I have the 360 surround view option. It eliminates scraping situations for me unless I am extremely careless (haven't been yet!). Whenever I approach a tight parking spot or entry/exit situation, I just click the 360 button and can immediately see my surroundings. I find this option to be invaluable. Was very happy I waited until this option finally became available.

the market was just an example, there's tons of places.

and the 360 view won't help bottoming out when you transition from parking lot to street ramp. that was my original concern. but yes, 360 would be great to help parking.

Yes, agree bottoming out becomes a complete judgement call. When in doubt...turn around!

maybe we should make some protective product that can be attached at the bottom that is tough, easily replaced and affordable.

I was about to buy one of these for my Porsche.

Maybe they'll make one for the W205.

It's a pain, but I just avoid the crazy driveways/ramps in general

Sometimes it is just unavoidable.

I'm sure they will make a lip soon that can be changeable.
