Looks like a got lemon
First time they said software
Second time they said fuel
Third time plugs and coil pack
Fourth time ???
My SA has told me that they are out of ideas and they have followed what ever corporate has advised... The car has 11,880 miles. Can I ask them to buy it back? How will this affect the value?

Different cylinders were misfiring they changed the coils etc... then the spark plugs...
Sound all too familiar - at least you guys have the lemon law to help you out lol.
I've decided to change to the coupe and placed my order.

I had a BMW 650i that has engine misfires, and after 5 trips to the dealer, and a resulting swap of pretty much every part BUT the engine, I was fed up. Even with a loaner vehicle, I was without my car for a total of 65 days in the first year. BMW originally offered me 3 months free on my lease, but that didn't change the fact that the car was SOL and that I was about to take it in again for the 6th time in 14 months. They wouldn't budge anymore saying it's not a lemon if they "attempt to fix it" and soon after I stopped getting answers from anyone at BMW, dealer or Corporate.
So I went and contacted an attorney who specializes in car stuff, they sent a notice to them. Bam, 24 hours got a letter with a formal inquiry, and within a month I was out of the car.
