C63S with RENNtech ECU Tune vs. Ferrari 458 with Capristo Exhaust
Found this on YouTube and had to share. This is C63S with only a RENNtech ECU tune vs. a Ferrari 458 Italia with a Capristo Exhaust.
I'll let the video speak for itself... but a stock 458 Italia traps around ~125 MPH in the 1/4 mile.

I own both cars... 2015 C63S and 2012 Ferrari 458.
I have 1/4 mile videos from both cars....same day, same track.
The C63S is faster by .1 / .2

I noticed you're running catless downpipes and air filters on top of the Eurocharged tune. Still very impressive that these cars can creep away from a 458 with just the tune alone on pump gas!

It makes sense that at rolling speeds, a tuned C63S with 517 WHP and 565 WTQ is more than enough to compensate for the weight with an extra 67 WHP and 249 WTQ!

I think a lot of people who are not used to high torque powered vehicles especially forced induction ones that produce all their torque from low revs underestimate how much quicker they are, ie. if traction is not an issue

The Italians are VERY deceiving... All Italian manufacturers quote DRY weight as their vehicle weight. Add a solid 300 pounds to all the Italian numbers you read to get a more accurate number. Mclaren started doing the same thing too in order to compare apples to apples versus the Italians.
