The squeaks and rattles for me are coming from the right side of the dashboard; near the a-pillar. Very irritating as I can hear it over the car's sound and even loud music.
I'm as surprised about the exhaust as you Sanch! Basically, under medium-heavy acceleration with the perf. exhaust on, there's been a high-pitched rattle which last for a few seconds or until a gear change.
Service thought one of the exhaust flaps was loose (or the motors controlling them), but after replacing those on Monday, the noise was still there so...new exhaust it is then!

Got her back this afternoon, unfortunately not much could be done about the interior rattles and squeaks (might go to another service for that) but at least the new exhaust was fitted and the clattering from that is gone.

They've had mine for 5 days now. I am pretty sure I'll still have at least the seat rattle when I get it back and just hope Mercedes approve a new seat without an argument and then it doesn't take forever to turn up.

I like the look of those 18'"10 spoke wheels. Look sharpe !!
Probably offer a smoother highway ride than 19" and from all I have read very little different in performance for everyday use.

Did a 507 mile round trip to go and see the new car this weekend. And wow what a beautiful beast in the flesh. Unfortunately could not get any good photos of her as in between loads of other cars and sun was low so photos just looked crap.
But will get some next week when it's delivered to topaz in London before the full detail and PPF is fitted and after of course.
The grey car was one that was just delivered a day after mine look mean. Mine is the white one.

Well over a week without the car now. It is obviously a hard problem for them to resolve but I am getting near to the point of asking the original dealer to do a buy back. Mercedes UK have been in touch today and seemed to be saying that the repairing dealer hasn't been able to find or replicate the problem... odd because they have two sound files from me and they have heard it themselves.
