C63s Coupe Command Issue
I picked up my new C63s Coupe on 1 Sep 16. And 3 weeks in the Command system and 360 Camera stop working. The Nav, bluetooth tel, audio, radio and DAB all not working.
I have taken the car to Birmingham Central 3 times now, their technicians don't have a clue whats wrong with, yet persist on software patches resolving the issue. I'm beginning to think if their technicians are useless or if the problem requires the whole unit replacing.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Obviously your problems are completely unacceptable. Is it intermittent? Have they seen the fault? I'm amazed they even let you have the car back if the fault is still present?

The screen is active, however no sound from the radio, telephone calls (both ways), the nav ask to insert map media (dvd/memory card/usb stick). The 360 camera stopped working at the same time, I don't even get the reverse camera when I put the car into Reverse. This isn't an intermittent issue - it hasn't worked since week 3.
To make matters worse the dealership has given me a E220d to drive as they do not have any other AMGs available. Absolutely shocking.

I'll tell you what happened with me.
after doing some 15k km in my sedan, my whole system (navi, radio, media, camera, tele) would turn on and off intermittently. I would be driving on the highway and my media would be on, all of a sudden its a blank screen and it will restart. after several restarts it will do the same thing but wont turn on, and the command screen will only be black. called my service advisor and he told me that apparently this happens to many MBs when you have any USB/Charger/ any device connected to the infotainment system via the sub/ socket ports. he told me to always remove whatever is connected through those ports whenever I turn off the car. once I reached home, I went and removed everything from the ports and turned off the car, and next day in the morning turned on the car drove to work everything was perfect. nevertheless, I didn't continue doing so because I got bored of plugging and unplugging
so far, it did not happen again, but at least now I know what was causing that problem...

I'm having similar problems, but not as frequent. It has happened 3 times since owning the car ~1 month (two happened the same day within a week and once today). Usually when I turn the car off, get out, lock it, and then turn back on the problem goes away. I have not taken it in for service yet. I do not have anything plugged into the USB ports. Any resolution from the dealer yet?

AMG specialist team are now involved. They have given the dealers the go-ahead to install a new Command System.
In the meantime, the dealership have provided me with a C63 Sedan / Saloon as loan car. But we are still due to discuss compensation.

I had a problem which was a bit like Haroon's but not the same so I didn't mention it before. If I jump in the car, foot straight on brake, start as I sit, put seat belt on (yes it is a bad habit!) I often get a bunch of errors come up - 360 camera fail, Lane change fail, ESP fail. If I wait just a few seconds this doesn't happen. Is that your problem?
The second instance, the screen was working but it seems nothing else was. Backup camera did not engage, I could not change the drive mode via middle switch, and I think the AC was not blowing cold air (I wasn't in the car long enough to be able to know for sure).
Both times I would get out of the car, turn off and lock, then get back in and everything was normal.

My command system completely changed for a basic c200 without sound and AMG functions
Hello everyone, I need help please my C63S 2017 cabrio after taking it to the brake service, its COMMAND system stopped working, they changed the AMG logos for MB, and the full screen system was changed for the basic one of a c200, I they also don't have audio, 360 ° cameras, or a navigation system. In MB they do not find the problem either, I have been a month without answers, without audio, without AMG options, nothing at last. Very concerned, I have tried restarting with the power button, nothing. Scanner error: Control unit fan 2 has a malfunction B238A00 AUDIO-AUDIO OR COMMAND. In MB they tried to load software, it doesn't allow it to reach 50% and there is a reboot preventing the update from completing. To someone who has had the same thing, how do I solve it? pandemic does not help with the fluency of response from MB Germany

I changed the battery from my c63s and after the change my command doesn’t work anymore. My 360 camera, my radio/Bluetooth and my navigation don’t work. Also I got an normal c class interface on my command. Maybe someone has any idea of the problem and can help me with that? Got the code B238a00

Sick of these Mercedes/AMG & all issues that plague this 205. Never, ever had so many issues with other premium brands in my life.
