Clear bra, tint and some wrapping

Beauty is going in for clear bra (Xpel), 35% all around (less windshield) and some bits getting vinyl wrapped.

Little bit of what the shop sent today...get her back on Saturday morning. Hard to let her go for two days after only having her for three

Looks good so far. Are you having them wrap the slats only or the circle surround as well?

Looking good, do share the pics once they are completed... I'm contemplation blacking out the front grill gloss black.

Some people have painted theirs.

However, still in two minds about it.

Wrap is a better option than painting

With paint it chips and looks terrible unless you put some clear protection on top of the paintjob then it would be fine.

Honestly not sure. I'm having this done at the shop that is doing the clear bra. Considering he got that far in such a short period of time, I'm thinking he was able to do it without removing the bumper. I'll ask when I pick it up tomorrow.

Getting my front grille done in gloss black but leaving the red outer ring that comes with my ED1 package. Doing the trunk lid and all badges in gloss black as well. Just waiting on the badges to get here and then I'll post pics after I get everything done.

Got her back! Looks great with the satin black IMO.

35% tint all around
Chrome strip in back, door cups, chrome part of chrome handles, front silver part all in satin black

So how did they get the front grill out? I got as far as the star. Can't seem to figure out how to pop the top part out

he said he had to disconnect the top of the bumper and pull it forward. From there he was able to get to the clips holding the grill in. As you know the star is a twist to get out.
