Can someone tell me what to do with my c63s?

B-pillar source of noise is seat belt buckle slapping hard plastic of sports seat
As stated if you get a rattle in the B-pillar on the passenger side if you have a sedan and performance seats, its the belt buckle slapping the hard plastic of the seat back. There is a magnet in the seat near the loop on the outside of the area with the holes on the seat. Place your buckle there to stop it rattling. Please see attached picture I made of my car.

I did want to buy out the car until recently the car got more problems.

1 year update. 36000KM now
The car got more problems.
-The left rear shock absorber has been replaced since it is locked into sport plus mode with a warning code.
-After it is replaced, one day the shock lock to sport again and the dealership can not scan the problem.
-A warning code on air conditioning system and no one tells me the reason. (Idk if it is fixed)
-A warning code on the engine due to a recall which no one tells me about it. (The recall is an engine software update.)
-Rattle sound from dashboard and roof. (Probably fixed, idk since I don't drive it in winter)
So mad. Those codes are found in a body shop (I send the car to repair, someone back up to my car), not by the dealership.

It was borderline predatory to let you do this even if it was your own fault. I am sorry to hear about your serial misfortunes and hope you have enough disposable income to look back and laugh at this as a learning experience.
The only way I can see you recuperating any of that down-payment would be to buy out the vehicle and then immediately sell/trade it. Without knowing the specifics of the lease, this may or may not make any sense financially, but if it does - sell/trade ASAP

Stories like this make my stomach turn and make the MB finance people salivate.
It was borderline predatory to let you do this even if it was your own fault. I am sorry to hear about your serial misfortunes and hope you have enough disposable income to look back and laugh at this as a learning experience.
The only way I can see you recuperating any of that down-payment would be to buy out the vehicle and then immediately sell/trade it. Without knowing the specifics of the lease, this may or may not make any sense financially, but if it does - sell/trade ASAP

I will never lease a car again tho.

I am so sorry for your experience man. That is just terrible. I own a 2015 an besides the window rattled and a dash rattle. I wish you absolutely nothing but the best with the new ride, you certainly deserve a beauty after all you’ve been through. I feel sorry for the poor sucker they convince to buy your C63 though!
