They installed AMG E55 mufflers on my E500 and did the bumper cutouts.
Great work at a very reasonable cost.
Ask for 'G' and tell him the E500 Mercedes guy referred you.

I definitely recommend the secondary cat delete. Got it on my car and it definitely made a difference in sound. It was also easy to do, and it was only about 200 Canadian if I remember correctly. From what I know it only takes an hour or so to do if the shop isn't busy.
Here are videos of my car.

Any H or X pipe?
Right, after finding someone to actually do the secondary cat delete, here are my thoughts (I have the non-perf exhaust):
- Zero drone. Non-perf exhaust is as quiet as standard on on the freeway/motorway. Can't hear it.
- A touch louder on idle to normal throttle than stock, but only a touch. On mid to full throttle, however, it's LOUD. This is great for the non-perf exhaust especially because it means driving around normally isn't offensive, but when you start opening the throttle, you can make some ridiculous noises. It's like two cars in one.
- Throatier tone. As standard, I couldn't hear the exhaust through tunnels despite it being pretty loud. With the secondary cats gone, the tone is throatier (not raspier!) and so now through tunnels it sounds amazing. I was shocked how loud it was and how good it sounded, really hard-edged and a lot more like the previous C63.
- Pops and crackles. Before, they sounded like firecrackers. Now they sound like fireworks. Standing behind the car, they punch you in the stomach when they go off. Combined with the engine sound update, this exhaust mod sounds absolutely mental.
In short, it's the perfect mod. Everyone should do it.

For anyone looking for a lil extra sound equal to a sec. cat+res delete on the M156 for few hundred dollars that legit takes 1 minute to install thats undetectable by dealerships, I highly recommend and exhaust module if you have the PE. Comfort mode isn't silent, get a nice deep tone w/ some pops and S+ crackles+pops are loud AF. Get a nice pop on start up in comfort with PE button off(louder w/ each mode up+H pipe flap open). Can put to stock setting but can also make extra quiet if you want to be quiet, which is nice if my niece is in the backseat and asleep.

Escape actualización
[CITA = Sanch; 7254349] Me quitaron la mía y tuve la actualización de software. Es una gran diferencia para mí ... al menos un 30% más fuerte.

My shop replaced mine with bent 3” 304 stainless and it took roughly 1.75 hours.
Pm if you need a good shop in SoCal.

I just had this done yesterday to my c63s with the sports exhaust(non-pe) and the car is much more livelier. The car stock had a nice mean tone from the outside but it was barely audible from inside the cabin. I can now hear the exhaust snap and crackle with the windows up and it’s intoxicating. The sound level has increased 15-20%.

Hi, all! Does anybody have a picture of how the STOCK downpipe flow into the pipe with the secondary CAT?
Want to understand whether that particular pipe with the secondary CAT is replaceable on its own?
Or you only have an option of replacing STOCK downpipe and secondary CAT or welding the secondary cat out?

Crap - my 2019 c63 is quiet as my girlfriend during sex. It has something to do new particles filter.
Anybody did secondary cat delete on a 2019+ C63s? Does it help at all?
1. Where is it located? How can I delete or replace it?
2. Is replacement of an H- or X-pipe going to make sound any better?
3. Secondary cat can only be cut off? There is no way to just replace it with a straight pipe?

not even a burble, man! heck with the girlfriend, I am so disappointed with this car. The sound I thought she makes was like 80% of the reason I chose it (same with the girlfriend!). Would have gone for something like supercharged Jaguar F-type then. Jags sound never disappoints.
