I believe the EU night package spec'd comes with the factory privacy glass... in North America, due to each state and province having different laws against tint, they just sent them all without. Its easily fixable with a 30-35% ceramic tint for the rear 3 windows.

Yes, I think you are right. I live in the EU and been told by the dealer that night package comes with tinted windows
Yeah The Night Package comes with tinted rear windows. Otherwise it's no tint as standard.
I was disappointed to learn even night package spec'd units bound for north america didn't come with the privacy glass tint. I much prefer the proper "privacy glass" from the factory that actually is darkened between the panes of glass; instead of the aftermarket film applied over the inside of the glass. What do ya do.

I have a c63s and I tinted my front side windows with max legal limit in Texas. I also have the factory night package. I further added a UV film on front and back windows.
I had the installer cut out the back break light, which was optional, but was told they might start requiring that for safety.
