2018 C63S coupe allocations
Anybody have any idea when is the possible delivery date if I order a 2018 c63s coupe this week?

I can't say for sure, but I test drove a '17 C63 coupe on March 9 in Houston and asked my dealer to place an order for a 2018 C63S coupe. He told me at the time that they didn't have any allocations for 2018 yet, although he did show me the preliminary packages and such. He also told me I was the first person to order a 2018 C63 coupe (with that particular dealer.)
On April 19 he called me and told me had secured a build spot for me in August for September delivery. His initial estimate was build in July, delivery in August, so he was pretty close.

Looks like the 2018 coupe dates are a bit better then the cabriolet. Ordered my C63S Cabriolet 2 weeks ago, September build, October delivery.
Packaged are new for 2018. Dealers have the new buyer guides, but as of last week no pricing on the options yet.
Good luck with your purchase.

You should specify your location... in the US there is no AMG driver's package. The top speed is determined by the trim: non-S C63 get the 155 mph limit while C63S get the 180 mph limit.
Also, in regards to pricing, and as Jeff Whitten mentioned, the most recent dealer order guide shows $TBD for most options as well as base MSRP. The options that do have a price listed are the same as last year. Two dealerships I spoke with said they anticipate little or no pricing change from 2017 to 2018.

Spoke to my dealer down here in Miami, FL and he told me to expect a 2-3% increase in MSRP for 2018 c63 and c63S models.
