One of the parameters that is improved is fueling, and air to fuel ratios. Once improved, we have seen a 1-2MPG gain with normal everyday driving. Of course, with all the extra power, there isn't much of "normal" driving. Originally Posted by Michael Scott

Voiding the warranty is always up to the dealer, fortunately, the ecu is 100% flashable back to stock and undetectable at that point so there wont be anything to void Originally Posted by mbcat

Just to be clear, then you would have to send the ECU back to the vendor and they could put it back to factory settings?

Yes, if you want to make sure the ecu is 100% factory before going to the dealer to avoid any possibility of issues, you can send it back to the vendor to put it back to factory.Originally Posted by mbcat

Very excited to feel the difference. Looking forward in seeing how quickly the guys over at Eurocharged can get my ecu flashed and shipped out.
Looking for finding a new home for the ECU if possible when putting back, was not fun removing.

When you flash back to factory, is there a count or indicator stored somewhere so that the dealer can see that it was ever tuned?Originally Posted by sales@eurocharged.com

Is there any way to set the car "back to stock parameters" myself for when I bring it to the dealer for regular service?
Also, if the dealer updates the cars ECU and overwrites the tune, do I have to pay a Eurocharged dealer for labour to flash it again?
Thanks!

Set car back to stock yourself: No
Pay EC to reflash: No, but you'll need to pay for shipping, if you're not local.

No count indicator, once flashed to stock, you cant tell its ever been flashed. And the other two questions you got! ThanksOriginally Posted by skim7x

Thanks for the response!
From what I see, the only risk would be the dealer detecting the tune and noting my VIN and voiding my engine warranty.
I'm really temped to get this tune, but don't want to have any issues with warranty.

Eurocharged provides a supplemental warranty for repairs not covered by Mercedes warranty.Originally Posted by KJ

I see it says "2 years or 32,000 kilometers from the original in-service date" and "single car with a single owner"
If I'm buying a 2-year old used car, I'm assuming this would not apply to me though since the time period is after 2-years and I would be the 2nd-owner.
Good to know for the future though! Glad to see Eurocharged stands behind their product!
