Stock rubber lines are pretty robust and stand up well to 20 to 30 mins of the track use. SS brakes line will not improve pedal feel on the W205 chassis.
I would focus more on brake pads.

You should use new brake fluid
the motul rbf 600 is a good one
duet of motul + ss line will give you much better response to a brake pedal

Pads
I suggest you also use Pagid Racing Pads RS29 otherwise the original ones will be finish in couple laps. I do 3 track days with my car and the first one I made all OEM it is very bad. For the second I change pads, brake fluid and made steel brake lines the improvement are awesome.

Further, these mods. will have no effect on pedal feel. On the other hand, track pads will make a big difference.

SS Braided Brake Lines for C63 S (and others)
I put these on my 2016 C63 S and found that, especially on the track, the brake pedal was noticeably firmer feeling:

The fitting wasn't exactly the same as the OEM fittings so I had to be careful to orient/route the lines to prevent any rubbing, etc. I also "unwound" the "metal spring" cover off the OEM lines and installed them onto the braided lines, for extra protection. If you send them a picture of the fitting ends on your car, you might avoid the slight difference in line construction (the SS braided lines either had or was missing a curved end, IIRC ... still worked but you did have to tighten with the correct orientation).
