Mode Carbon steps up with some quality customer service

After my post on the issue with Mode Carbons front splitter and the strong response on the forum Mode contacted me to make things right. Not only did they provide a refund but they also sent a replacement splitter which I installed this weekend. See picts below of ample SS screws and black silicone adhesive to augment the 3M tape. Splitter is on and looks great. Used black automotive touch-up paint to make screw heads black after install. I installed the extra vertical pieces in front of my rear wheels.

My thanks to Sam at Mode for working with me to correct my issue. They went out of their way to make things right.

Sounds like YOU went out of your way to make things right. Glad everything got sorted out though. I hope if they mess up my order, I'll get it for free as well.

The edition 1 OEM front splitter uses 14 screws and 1/4 3M tape. I don't understand why they didn't think of this before sending it to you the first time. Good to hear that they made things right.

I just received my front splitter and a new rear diffuser today.

Front splitter looks awesome and I can't wait to fit it up this weekend, however, no mounting hardware was included just 3M tape.

Thought Mode would have ensured adequate hardware was included after your splitter feel off.

Also received a new rear diffuser after my wife reversed into something, waited months for these parts to be manufactured and shipped and I think now they've sent me a coupe diffuser and not a sedan one.

Where did Nicholas go???

He's no longer with the company.

I think this is where the problem lies.

Nicholas's customer support was 'Above and Beyond' just what you need especially when buying tens of thousands of dollars worth of Carbon Fibre parts internationally.

Does anyone one know if the front splitter for the sedan and coupe are the same or different.

If my diffuser is for a coupe the splitter they shipped is probable for a coupe as well.

Arrr frustrated now...
