BRABUS adapts a plug-and-play auxiliary control module to the electronic engine management system. It updates the engine controls with new mapping for injection and
ignition while increasing the boost pressure.

As a result, rated power output jumps from standard 510 HP to 600 HP. At the same time, peak torque grows from 516 to 591 lb-ft. The BRABUS PowerXtra B40 – 600 performance tuning launches from rest to 62 mph in just 3.8 seconds. The top speed of both body styles jumps from 155 to 186 mph.

It offers an electronic sound management controlled from the cockpit.
