Anyone have issues with slight clunk from the steering rack? Started happening to me the other day while turned and going over a bump, checked everything and found the shaft had slight play going into the knuckle. Pretty sure it will have to be replaced under warranty. Hopefully they will look past my downpipes, tune, and air suspension 😂🤷*♂️
I have started noticing this too - at slow speed and when cold especially. 3,500 miles on the odo but I did have some front end work done because of an accident.
Dealer replaced the knuckle on the shaft that good into the rack itself. I've thought i heard it however much more slight than before and only once since it got replaced.
Brought my car in for service B today. I also reported this same issue. The foreman went on a test drive with me and heard the noises. He seem to know exactly what the issues is. He said that it a common problem on this car. Will give an update when I pick up the car in a few day.

I might have the same issue... I had a look under the car and everything feels intact... let me know how you go.. =)
The dealer is trying to get a little more money out of me. 😃 Got a called from the dealer today. They said all the noises is fixed and services is done and recommend rear brake pads replace for $731 !!! What ... just for pads only !!
I told them then why my brake lining sensors is on yet? He waited 10 second before saying, the pads is still good and we only recommending since the car is in the shop. Seriously, this can be done for less then $300 DIY.
Are you sure its not the tires? While driving my C63s slow when the tires are cold or it's wet outside, the front tires slip and it feels like a clunk.
