I was driving down a 2 lane highway, when out of nowhere a motorcycle with two people on it crossed from the left lane to the right(I was in the right lane). I tried my best to avoid hitting them but unfortunately they impacted me from the right. Thankfully motorcyclists have minor injuries and admitted that they were at fault. My front fender, the painted piece of the front bumper, door panel, one of the LED headlight, side window trim and carbon fiber side mirror need to be replaced. I have yet to take it to the Mercedes Benz Shop and was wondering what you think it will cost to repair it.
I also forgot to mention that none of the parts can be repainted and they will have to be replaced. Does someone know by any chance what the cost of the bumper with carbon fiber is?
Make sure you take it to a MB Authorized Body Shop. Not all dealers have Body Shops and not all body shops are created equal. If you were in NJ I could help. And just say No to Bondo..
And you're not paying for the repairs the Bikers insurance should cover it all. And remember you get to choose where the car gets repaired not the Ins. Co
Hello, sorry to hear about accident. Do not forget once this goes to there insurance and they pay for repair, your car will say on Carfax that it was damaged and insurance payed.This does effect the the price of resale at some stage when you want to sell. You also need to check with the dealer how much this has effected the resale of your car. So you will have to claim this with the insurance company, if you have an issues it would probably be wise to get your insurance companies thoughts and or a lawyer. I know that this sounds "****ty" as it was not your fault but you need to make sure the investment you made in your car is protected.

Like mentioned above, check your state laws if you are able to file a “diminished value” claim against their insurance, if you are, great, they’ll cut you a check for what you’ll lose from the bad Carfax.
