Alignment problem with W205 C63s
Hi everybody,
I live in Montreal Canada, potholes everywhere. After one year driving in Montreal I got a small amount front Camber and Caster out of spec, both cross camber and cross caster are out of spec. But the problem is Mercedes dealer tell me they are not able to do the adjustment on this car. Not due to out of too much tolerance. Because they can not find the parts(Elastomer bearing) for the camber and caster adjustment on C63s W205,
They told me only way to fix alignment is changing the whole suspension parts(Lower control arm and leading arm). They said the Elastomer bearing for my car can not be order separately, it come with the control arm. It sounds so ridiculous, this makes C63s W205 became a non camber and caster adjustable car? I need help to verify from German tech OR somebody has already done adjustment on W205 C63S. Because I found this in EPC system,
It shows RWD C300 has adjustable parts, also if C63s can not do adjustment, WIS won't show this.
And I also believe elastomer bearing is an universal parts.
If there is a parts for my car pls tell me the parts number, that I can let them do the adjustment.
Thanks.

I’m sorry to hear what happened to you, I just got my right front wheel damaged by sliding into a curb, and the repair is going to cost me $8400 CAD, luckily the insurance company is going to cover most of the cost for me, these dealerships are just bunch of scammers, they are trying to exaggerate the damge and getting you to pay more money.

Have attached chassis quick reference sheet on the complete range of Front & Rear Camber/Caster kits to suit C400, C450, C43, S63 AMG 4Matic (and also all other Mercedes Benz models 1968 to 2017).
Front Camber and Caster adjuster kit is P/N 503416K $480.
NOTE: The K-MAC Front kit has up to 3 times the adjustment range of the OEM inaccurate-one only offset position bushes which is a minimal 3mm (1/8”).
Also K-MAC “precisely” adjustable – single wrench on car accurately (under load – direct on alignment rack) with similar Caster adjustable bushings allowing to then re-establish Caster specs and/or correctly resolve steering pull issues.
The front bushes also replace the 4 major wearing bushings, they are 2 axis/mono ball design without the OEM oil and air voids. Result is also noticeably improved brake and steering response.
Rear Camber (and extra Toe to compensate) kit is P/N 502226K $480.
Rear uprated ‘6’ multi-link arm bushing kit P/N 502628K $480.
All above supplied with instructions, extraction/insertion tubes.
Delivery one kit $30, Each additional $20.
PayPal, Visa or M/Card.

Im surprised a lot more W205 owners aren't getting this done.
Some cars seem to be eating tyres and some seem to be fine.
I just run pressure as per pressures inside the fuel cap, around 190 kpa from memory.
Only upgraded straight to 265 fronts.
