Allocations/build slots for 2018 coupes went out around April 19th, 2017. I placed an order at the beginning of March 2017 (which was really just getting my name in the dealer's system) to secure an early build slot.

Saloon/Sedan and Estate launching at the Geneva Motor Show,
then the Coupe/Cabriolet will follow shortly.

According to my dealer in the UK, though the pricing etc for the updated C class with the "Fake" instrument cluster isnt out yet, he expects that regular C class will be available late 2018 and the AMG versions during early 2019 (though there may be a huge waiting time for those).
I didnt bother waiting and ordered a c63s estate with the boring analogue instrument cluster. Merc gave me 4k towards it, my dealer gave me around £10k. i dont feel so bad about depreciation at the moment. as soon as i drive it out of the showroom i expect to only lose £3k at that stage and then once the facelift comes out it will ofcourse take a bigger hit than the facelift would, certainly.

The mid-life update C205 C63 coupe will not arrive before sometime during the first or second quarter of next year, so if you can't wait as it's still a year away then definitely just get one now.
The mid-life update W205 C63 sedan will arrive before the end of this year, just as a reference.

The saloon in theory will be available at the end of the year for the guys who've signed up the earliest, depends on how long the queue is before you get yours (though i'm sure my dealer has a vested interest in getting a sale now rather than wait till the end of the year).
For anyone who can wait (not me ofcourse), it may be worth waiting for the refresh.

A member on another platform who works for Mercedes will be driving the facelift Saloon/Sedan and estate on April 9.
My GUESS is the AMG variants will follow quickly after that in saloon/sedan and estate form, given that AMG now participate in the development of Mercedes cars
as opposed to the days when AMG had to wait for the standard variants to be launched before they had their chance to 'breath' on them.
