Could take me a while to do 1000 miles I’m very busy at the moment. This is a pick of the turbos, I’m sure they shouldn’d like this, they certainly didn’t on my old one.

That's a beauty! congratulations!
Incidentally, I pick up my estate tomorrow from Cambridge. It has been at the dealership since 5 Feb. My spec looks a lot like yours though i went with brilliant blue and the standard 63s alloys.

I think if you rev it up, you can tell the difference between the button on and off. The sound has added "depth" for want of a better word.

I thought the difference was that the switchable exhaust does loud and not as loud. Whereas the standard exhaust only does loud.
Congrats on the estate. I love mine. I was going to try the new e63s estate but decided to keep the c another year. I’d miss the rear wheel drive too much

I’d have picked blue but my previous one was blue and I wanted a different colour, selenite is my next favourite, we’re pretty limited on colour choice in the U.K.

That's right. There were like 3 matt colours, grey, silver and white. and black, blue, silver or grey metallic or standard white or some terribly limited options. My dealer did offer to select a non standard colour (eg a different blue (midnight i think) or the red metallic) but i just went with the blue. The grey is great. My other car was grey (mountain grey) so thought i'd also switch things around.

On the subject of as 2018 e63s wagon or 2017 c63s wagon, i'd probably not turn down an E63s I'd definitely miss the pure rear wheel drive on the c, it's lighter weight and smaller dimensions, but the E is the craziest german wagon I've seen.it's got a rocket up its rear end. i cant imagine how crazy it must be. i'd definitely lose my licence if i had a facelifted E but i'd cherish the process!!
