2019 C63/S Coupe/Cabrio - What is earliest month of production you all are seeing?

My production date changed again.
Now my C63S coupe is “in production,” with a scheduled build date <Decade 2> in October. Jeez
Mercedes changed my production date AGAIN on 28 August. Moved me up from November to October. I’m back to where I started and I’m happy about that, but wow the changes!
Those of you with orders might check with your dealers to see if Mercedes fiddled around again with production schedule.

Just confirmed with the dealer that production of my '19 coupe was moved to end of October with delivery expected in November. When I put my deposit down, it was originally build date in September with October delivery. It then moved to November delivery, then December delivery, now back to November. Who knows whether it will move again. Kind of disappointed that I'll be getting my car in the dead of winter.

I have a similar spec on order. Only different items are :
Designo graphite magno
HUD
Black open pore / IWC
Please post some photos of the dash/door belt lines in artico when your car arrives,as it
may not have the same smooth feel as the seats.
It's an extra £720 to get them to look the same as the Nappa leather seats.

the AMG drive unit is standard on S model correct? because my guy was like do you want to add amg drive unit for the steering wheel. I said no... but my was S model... so confused... Is it because I got the L6J wheel? Also anyone know if the L6J 12oclock mark would be red? I want the all leather steering wheel with red 12 o'clock marker. Whats in the premium plus package? My buyer's guide doesn't have that option. And what is that Wheel Arch widening for AMG wheels? I don't have that option either. Man it looks like the UK model is somewhat different than the NA model.

The AMG drive unit is standard on the S model. You don't need to add it. The 12 o'clock mark is red if you selected the red pepper/black interior option (which is what I selected). Also, the UK has different options. For example, all of the 2019 S models reviewed in Europe (on YouTube) have carbon fiber trunk spoilers with the aerodynamics package. So, naturally, I tried to spec that for my car (I'm in the U.S.). However, I was told that if I get the aerodynamics package on car, I can't get the Carbon Fiber 1 package. He said the European models have better specs. Go figure.

Revolving scenario
i think the spec scenario is a real conundrum!
we don’t have the multi- choice steering wheel options. We get L6K: full stop.
In the states & Canada you get glass roof (we pay)
in Europe we get bucket seats ( you have to pay)
there are several differences !... I wanted yellow stitching.....Ok in the US & Canada. No can do in the UK.
what more can I say ?

I did the L6G (all Dinamica) steering wheel. Per the production guide, the L6J is standard on the non-S C63. Standard for the S model is the L6K (which comes with the red 12 o'clock marker). Can upgrade to the L6G for $150, which gives you all Dinamica and same colored 12 o'clock marker, depending on which interior color you selected.

I am beyond excited even though I probably wont get it until January or Feb.
Only add on I am considering is the Aero Package.. Problem is this is my Daily.. including Chicago Winters.. It's flat here so I am not too worried about traction but I still gotta deal with the snow and it is lower in the front. The guide I have with all the 2019 options has the aero but i think is the only option they don't have a pic of.. Really need a side by side comparison. I might get the mirrors and spoiler in carbon fiber after i get the car.. I wanna see how she looks first and cost is the same so I am told so I am not too worried about it.

I got a good deal for me. If my experience is typical, I'd say 4-6% is about all you should expect. In my opinion, if you can get more than 6, then good on ya (and I'll need to know the name and number of your dealership)!
