Coupe 19" Largest Tire Size
Hello All,
Hopefully someone can help.
After searching around on the forum I am still unsure what size I need. I have a 2017 coupe with the factory 19" front and rear (not 20" like apparently everyone else), 9" front and 10.5" rear. I would like the widest tires with the most sidewall to maintain ride quality and grip. With my eurocharge tune the back stock tires are all over the place. What tires are the largest I can fit without spacers and without lowering? I would like them as flush as possible with no poke. I will be buying the Michelin PS4S for sure.
Thanks in advance!
Hopefully someone can help.

OP, I'm also in the process of buying michelin 4s for my coupe. From my research, it seems like 265/35 R19 and 295/30 R 19 is a safe bet. Although i've see 305s mentioned. Im personally just going with the 265F and 295 rear. I also am running all 19 inch wheels, all stock with no lowering.
Just curious, where will you be buying the tires from?

So I figured out that my car came with the 770 package, as below:
I decided to go with the following setup:
Front:
Pilot Sport 4S
265 /35 R19 98Y XL BSW
Rear:
Pilot Sport 4S
305 /30 R19 102Y XL BSW
They fit perfectly, and they do not spin at all unless it is raining, even with the Eurocharge tune. Totally changes the ride! They were a little stiff at first, but once I lowered the PSI to factory specs they handled perfectly. Below are some pictures, no poke/rubbing/etc.
Before:
After:
Ride stiff as hell:
Much better

how does it feel? (if it's heavier steering with the increased width)? any pros and cons with the increased tire size besides extra grip? do you have a little bit variation with the speedometer? Looks Great! I might go with those two sizes instead that you have chosen. We got the same wheels and 19 inches all around.

They feel great, no problems as far as I can see. I have not noticed any variation in the speedometer, except maybe the 0-60 is faster
Than again I have not really tried to measure any variation, it may be off by 1-2 MPH. Tires are much grippier with lower PSI, but if you want it a little firmer you can always add more air.
Good luck!

Hi friend. 2019 c63s coupe here. Our coupes are different wheel well size than sedans, so be careful what you read (we can handle bigger than the sedan can). Max I can fit (literally, I tried to go slightly bigger) is:
- Front 265/35 19inch
- Rear 305/30 20inch
These do not scrape at all, even when driven hard. The tire guys were scared to put them on at first as they didn't think they'd fit, but they fit perfectly. And they completely fill the well when looking at the car from the outside. I have Pilot Super Sport 4s. I can take a picture for you if you need it, DM me. cc @DaveSummer @Rubpau
