I used the 19" wheels with a J value of 9.5 front and 10.5 rear, it has no fitment problem at all and I lowered my car with KW HAS, can't remember the exact amount of height, but it's pretty low, you can't insert a figure there. No rubbing issues at all.
With a 36 psi front and 32 psi cold rear, the car runs extremely comfortable.
