The software needed the update so I sent it to MB dealer and when I got it back I was driving on S+ mode slowly and the car change gear quickly I mean it didn’t hold gear long to high RPM and when I slow down and I’m in 4th it won’t drop gear down until I’m about to stop so I called them and they said it need 300-500miles to adapt with the new software!!!

Drive it like you want to drive it , so it does adapt correctly if you drive all slow and nice, that is how its going to train it.. want it to be aggressive, then drive it aggressive.

If you don’t mind, please post an update after driving for a while. People have posted mixed reviews on that software update, with some saying it ruined things and causes the short shifting like you mentioned, some saying it also removed some of the pop/bang throttle lift exhaust noise, and others saying it didn’t change anything at all after driving for a bit.

C63s Tran/diff software updates

So after driving the car for a while with the new software update.. I didn’t like it! Apparently it’s better for the tranny and smarter when the car in S+ It goes in higher gears quicker and smoother when driving it smoothly! And as soon you tap the accelerator harder it wakes up the car and you see the real S+ but hey shouldn’t the S+ be always aggressive and if we don’t want the car aggressive we put it in C or even S mode.. anyway so I went got the old software and I’m loving it the car in S+ always aggressive and ready for any actions even when my foot steady on the accelerator and slow and specially when I going to stop the drop shift sharper and louder. Idk but I find the old software better
my car already have stage 2 tune with down pipe
and now I’m going with pure900 turbos upgrade I will post about them when I install them

Wait, you can get the old one back?! Do you have the number for it? I've been hating the new one ever since last year, cold start sounds like my civic and manual shifting is crap.
