Thumbs up C63 Coupe - 2017 - Matte Grey - 9k Miles - $10k in Mods

Hello All,

Decided to part with my coupe for a new ride. I love the car but do not get to drive it much, and so I have only added about 3k miles since I purchased it. I am located in Durham, NC, but can ship if needed. Service B1 was completed on 8/12/19 at the local Southpoint Mercedes Dealership and no issues were found. Never been tracked, car is basically like new. Clean Carfax. For full disclosure, there is one small mark on the right of the front bumper on the corner from where I nicked it against my garage support one of the first times I parked it. It was wrapped at the time, and so the mark was minimal, but the wrap was scratched so I had the entire front bumper re-wrapped so it looks like new. Mark is not visible through the wrap.

If you do not like the modifications the wrap can be removed and I have the stock pieces which can be replaced. It would be a shame to revert to stock though, because the car is really beautiful and gets tons of compliments.

Options:
- Black Nappa Leather
- Selenite Grey Metallic
- Carbon Fiber Trim
- AMG Performance Exhaust
- 19" AMG Cross-Spoke Forged Wheels
- Premium 2 Package - COMMAND Navigation, 5 yrs traffic and weather, Ambient lighting, etc.
- AMG Night Package

Upgrades:
- Michelin Pilot Sport 4S - Front 265 /35 R19 and Rear 305 /30 placed on 11/1/18 (Less than 2k miles) - $1600
- Updated OEM 2019 Vertical Grill and Bumper Inserts - $900
- 3M Matte Grey Wrap (Originally Selenite Grey Metallic) - $4000
- Satin White Racing Stripes (Cut to OEM Edition 1 Specs) - $550
- Updated Chrome Badges and Exhaust Tips - $350
- Mode Carbon Luftstrom Rear Diffuser in Carbon Fiber - $1500
- Mode Carbon Bootlid Spoiler - $700

I also have CF side skirts and a Brabus-style front lip I can include with the car which are new and have never been mounted. Will include for $1200.

Please see recent pictures and window sticker below. Comes with all manuals and both keys.

MSRP is $79, 835
KBB lists at $58,107 for Private Sale with no modifications.

I am listing for $57,500

Please PM me with any questions.

Thanks!

Nice ride. Good luck with the sale. Only thing I'm not feeling is the fake S badge.

Thanks! The C63s vs the C63 obviously has some differences, but it is debatable if they are worth $12k in an already awesome machine. This is not really the place for that debate, but personally I felt like saving $12k upfront and spending that money elsewhere. I considered leaving the S off for about 5 seconds when adding the new badges, which came with the S by default, but I felt the S looked more balanced when I was replacing them so I decided to leave it. If you don't like it, you are free to remove it. Buy the car now and I will remove it before you come to pick it up! Takes about a minute with a piece of floss and a hair dryer

i would be weary of removing that badge atop that wrap - could ruin the panel trying to remove it.

It’s not a 12k difference. MSRP for a 17’ C63 Coupe is $67k, MSRP for a ‘17 C63S Coupe is $75k.

$8k difference between the non-S and the S.

I also agree you shouldn’t have the S badge on there...

I appreciate all your opinions. However, this is a thread to sell a car, not debate the difference in cost/features/practicality of a C63s vs a C63. If you want to discuss this topic please open a new thread or PM me.

In terms of removing the S, I have added and remove multiple badges on wrapped cars in the past, including this one, and it is very easy and will not damage the wrap.

Once again, this thread is less than 24 hours old, can we please keep it on topic?

The price difference isn’t an opinion, it’s fact.

And you’re posting in the wrong forum if you’re selling your car - there is a separate sub-forum for that on MBWorld: https://mbworld.org/forums/market/

I think nothing wrong with just a c63 badge. C63 alone is an awesome car. Adding a S, tarnishes the integrity of the car slightly. The badging also looks off, doesn't look like it was put on properly.

Thread reminds me of the old joke:

Once there was a snail who was tired of being slow. He went out and bought a really fast sports car and had the dealer paint a big 'S' on each side of it.

Whenever someone saw him zooming past in his new car, they would say, "Hey, look at that S-car go!"

What the hell. One in 500 people might know the difference between an S vs a non S. I made this car the way I wanted it to look, and your opinions/facts are about as helpful as a turd in a punch bowl. If you don't want to buy the car, go away. If you want to buy the car, shoot me a PM. Next time I decide to mod my car, I will take a poll and you can all tell me what you think about the mods, including what badges I should add. I can then print it off and use it if I ever find myself stuck in the woods without any toilet paper.
