Quickest means for seeking Audio Tracks - Next Track / Prev Track

Quickest means for seeking Audio Tracks - Next Track / Prev Track
When I'm playing audio using either USB or SD card on the infotainment system, what is the quickest means to seek audio tracks (i.e. Next Track or Prev Track)? In most cars there have been either buttons on the steering wheel or the dashboard for this which is very convenient.
The only way I've found is to press the Media button in the dashboard, hit the controller primary button and then scroll up or down to choose the track of choice. If I'm on some other screen (eg. Android Auto), this seems overly complex just to seek tracks. Of course, I could play audio over Android Auto and directly seek tracks using the controls available there, but if I'm on some other screen (eg. one of the Performance screens displaying HP, Torque, Engine temps, transmission temps, etc.) this seems like too much work to do.
May be I'm missing something obvious?
EDIT: Just to clarify - I don't have the touchpad option on mine, and hence the Quick Access (two finger up swipe) is not available, and no >> button on the controller either.

if youre not on the media screen, you can choose the media option on the instrument cluster and then use the steering wheel controls to skip

Thanks for the replies. My car doesn't have the Multimedia package, and hence no touchpad.
Yep, this works and I use it few times. I guess I could just leave the Media display as one of the items on the left-hand side of the Digital Instrument cluster. I keep the AMG specific display on the right-hand side display of the Instrument Cluster to see Hp/Tq, Tire pressure, Trip Summary, etc.

Similarly PREVIOUS TRACK command also works. I was going through the manual after this to figure out other supported voice commands.

The voice commands (when you hit the switch on the steering wheel) only go to MB head unit, but not Google Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. However you can activate Google Assistant or Siri explicitly in the UI if needed.
