Do any of you guys and gals have a rear drag setup? I've been looking around and there doesnt seem to be much out there that isnt a fully custom wheel. I'm really not trying to spend $Texas on HREs CCWs etc. I'd like to do an 18 in the rear, keep the 19s on front and run a 305 on a 10 inch wide wheel. Any brand suggestions? What are you guys doing to ensure they fit?
I guess my biggest concern is whether or not they will clear. If I can get my hands on a set of 18's I would go that route, however If I do go aftermarket, how high of an offset are you guys running to ensure a 10.5 inch wide wheel and a 305 tire will clear on a sedan? Looking at Forgestars at the moment.
RDO247 and myself get our wheels from the same guy. The BC Forged wheels will fit on the rear in a 18" but only the modular not the 2 piece wheel.
Been thinking of going the 18" root...
Have got BC 2 piece 19's on my estate with a 11" rear and offset is 57. A little to aggressive poke to be honest.
RDO247 is running 18's with a 305 MT street, hit him up for specs.
