I think I know what happened. He was being flat bedded to the track and was getting a head start on his pre warm-up burnouts for the quarter mile.

What a stupid move. Look at the end of the video, how close that tire was on the driver side to going over the tiny lip of the flatbed and the whole car falling off and getting dragged next to the tow truck. That likely would have pulled the entire tow truck over and crashed, and assuming they weren't the only ones on the road caused a huge pile up.

So yeah I will make fun of someone if that's what they call having fun.
