Hey guys, I just wanted to share what I've done to my 2017 C63. I used to have 2 sundown SA10s but they where taking too much space. They bumped pretty good until something I had laying on my trunk bounce around and messed one up.
Anyways, I ended up doing a custom fiberglass box for 2 Memphis Mojo 8s. I'll update the thread later with more information.
They actually came with the car when I purchased it. I looked them up last time and they're about 150-200 for the set. Not too bad. My brother has some in his GTR as well. I'll look up the name and post the link later today.

I'm a big bass head so these 8s were not cutting it for me. I sold the 8s and bought some sundown SA10s again but got the new version so each one of the subs is 1k rms for a total of 2k rms. I'm going to be building another box but out of birch wood to accommodate those beasts.
if anyone is interested in the fiberglass box that's here hit me up we can work out a deal. The 8s are plenty for some people just not me I like to go deaf lol.
Shipping might be an issue for some so the box doesnt weigh but a few pounds the size is what might affect shipping. My zip code is 7854. I'm located in South Texas.

I ended up buying some Memphis Mojos 8s on sale for 250 for both. You can choose whatever subs you like. As far as amplifier I've had an orion 2500 watt amp, now that's overkill for those subs but I've had it for a while. I bought it for $350 i think. As far as cables you can spend around 60 dollars for some 0 or 4 gauge wire with some rcas. If you're just going to add bass then an lc2 would be good. With remote you can get one for 120 dollars. Then you need a box for the subs. Depending if you an off the shelve or a custom one its going to vary.
