Will removing mufflers make C63S louder than with valves open?

I have a 2015 C63S with the performance exhaust. I put AWE valve simulators in to keep the valves open. Also have the sec cats deleted. Would deleting the mufflers make it louder than it is now with the valves open? Ive heard videos of people doing muffler deletes and it sounds louder than mine.

Definitely will be louder but you might loose TQ. You need back pressure.

Even though I have the primary cats on? Would a small muffler keep enough back pressure?

Don't know. Only dyno can tell. Every cars is different. It kindna like the air intake runners. In general, It got flaps inside routing how air flow to the engine to maximize the hp/TQ base on rpm. At lower rpm, some flaps would be close for maximizing TQ and all flaps would be open at higher rpm for maximizing hp.

The loss is very minimal and if you are driving on the street then you wont even feel it. The change in sound more than makes up for it. I got a secondary cat delete done first and a year later got AWE Track. Without the mufflers there will of course be a little drone but minor since youre prob used to it anyway after the sec cat delete.

IMO sec cat delete and no mufflers is the perfect combination since downpipes are too loud for my personal taste.

That's only the case out of boost, even then it's not always true, and freeing up flow will help the turbos spool earlier. The change would be minimal compared to removing the cats anyway.

I have no mufflers. I have no drone. It's louder and deeper. Turbos cars don't benefit from back pressure. The end.
