You will need a ECU calibration to run catless downpipe if you don't want a CEL

Agreed. They are 899 plus 400 or 500 depending on what cat you choose.

I have the catless DPs on my C63s, I didn't have to pay extra for "cats"... no cell, I use http://www.bigdaddiesgarage.com/mini-cat-cel-fix.html
