Coupe Roof Wrap
Has anyone wrapped the rear section of the roof on the coupe? I think it looks really out of place on a white car. Thoughts?

I tried (using 3M gloss black) but ended up taking it off. Was too obvious that it was a wrap and didn't match the rest of the sunroof, rear window, and especially the little bit of black trim between the windshield and the sunroof. Had too much orange-peel and lack of reflectivity. If anyone knows of a truly smooth glossy black wrap I might try it again, but my car is Selenite Gray and I've sort of gotten used to seeing that roof section in body color. But I can see how it could bug me on a white car.

I agree. They should’ve done it from factory. Porsche does when you option the sunroof on 911.
Yeah, it really bugs me. It just looks completely out of place.

This had always bugged me and was the first thing I did when I brought my '18 C63s Coupe.
I was getting a detail and PPF applied anyways and initially did toy with wrapping. But as said- it makes it too obvious that it is wrapped and loses the glossiness I wanted to essentially make it look as though it is all one piece from top of windscreen back to the rear window.
In the end- I went with getting it painted and wetsanded. Finish is 100% what I was after and am so glad I did it (even though it should have been this way from factory).

Paint correction detail
PPF along front bumper, wings, pillars, wing mirrors and side skirts
Ceramic coating on all surfaces incl wheels
Interior leather protection
All of that including the roof paint then wet sand was around £4k. Well worth it IMO.
