Has anyone gotten any amazing deals with the current pandemic?
Has anyone gotten any great deals on any AMG models like c63 or upgraded to another vehicle at a steal (new or used)? Or would you advise to wait a bit longer. I've heard of some places given very low interest as well (if you decided to finance)

Give it two or three months, once people start handing back their financed whips to dealers it will be a buyer's market, that is for those who still have jobs or a disposable income for these types of cars.
Even those who paid cash, if times get tight and the car has to go, it will be a tough asset to liquidise.

Not many people are car shopping during this pandemic but dealers are not getting new vehicles from the manufacturers either as factories are stopped. So they might want to get as much profit as possible per sale. I talked to several dealers to replace my beater with either Genesis or Golf R but they weren't that aggressive.

I knew mine would depreciate like a stone, but anticipating to see a substantial loss in value over the next few months, if not year! I bought it for the long haul, but its depressing to see and not getting used at the moment for obvious reasons. Just a giant silver drive jewelry ornament!

Make several low ball offers on cars you want. They'll get rejected. Wait a month or so and you'll get call(s) when they really need to sell.

I think the best time for buyers has yet to come. The economic fallout of this will be huge. People will only continue losing jobs. I know many in the oil/gas space have already been cut - even including those fresh out of school.
If you are fortunate enough to have the cash laying around, I think when fall/winter 2020 comes around there will be fire sales.
If you want something now, try going for the remaining 2019 models on the lot. They've got to be desperately trying to get rid of those

Just offered 4 months, on MB , looked at website today, NOW zero down , 6 months, will see how that spins out , have not finished off things , western canada , rate deal 2.29 think that is standard, one place cut it by 1.00 so 1.29 and did only 3 months, can be tricky , will let you know how it went down,
UPDATE ... so got the 1.29 rate , had a trade other wise 0 down and 6 month on MB, this deal helped in my trade as I was top down, Gaurav Sharma at MB Country Hills Calgary, ab was amazing and the team there is as well, everyone was great considering the Covid 19 , this dealership went the extra mile for clean, social distancing and super helpful to get a deal that was favourable to the customer , if you are in the area, you should consider this location and call Gaurav, you will be glad you did - Canada

No good deals, it is the reverse right now. I've gone through the ringer with several dealerships this week. Several offered me whole sale price due to them being worried about the overall state of the business period.

Currently have a shelby gt500 super snake 800hp. Liked the fact it's a more refined and adaptable vehicle but worried paddle shift and lower hp may be a let down.
