I had one on my Old C5 Vette and it worked, but I honestly think if you DID get one, you would notice ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Would it catch some oil, Yes? Would it make ANY different that you would ever notice in performance or longevity, NO!

Just myh 2 Cents, am NO EXPERT, but we got by this long. IF there was a KNOWN ISSUE that is happening NOW, that this solves, then YES, sounds good. IF NOT, Who Cares!

True, but it still breathes residual oil into the adaptor, there is plenty of documentation on this.

AOS clogged

They do, but my exoerience has been that they clog and fail, which causes high crankcase pressure. Happened to my 2018 E63s and blew out rear main seal and who know what else. I am trying to see if my local shop might have a solution other than putting on another cheap AOS. The more I've learned about this the more I want a naturally aspirated engine.

When I started this thread a few years ago, I had just moved into my 2020 W205 C63S coupe. My previous Benz was a 2013 W204 C63 AMG coupe with the Development Package. They were notorious for leaking oil internally until the engines warmed up and 'sealed' better. I've attached a link to show what I used on the '13 and was wondering out loud here if we needed one on the W205 engine and how would/could it be done. Currently, I don't lose any negligible oil. However, by cleaning the air a little better before it's re-used is IMO a good thing.

I thought so when I first posted this question. I will tell you that my wife decided she needed a little more HP and sold her '20 C63S coupe and bought my son's 20 AMG GTC coupe. This question still might remain to be asked. But I will say that the two years we owned it, I never saw a big blue cloud in my rear view mirror after starting it. Oil levels were always correct in between oil/filter changes every 5,000 miles performed by me. I believe it's fair to say the W205 does not suffer with this issue as the W204. Superswiss might be able to answer this.

The catch can kit won't help. It's the failure or leaking of the 1 way valve from the Manifolds that I believe cause the rms failure.the kit does not replace these. I thought about making billet replacement for the factory plastic separators with a metal check valve but i dont think its worth the design time etc .

To my knowledge we were the only one offering them and we have not made any for quite a while.
