Whenever I knew that they had a connection with ”Dime R” it felt Suspicious for me. Know I think even their turbos are not reliable.
I didn’t know about Yabeela’s connection to Dime.

Seems like Yabeela is going to run the same course and go out of business soon.

After posting about the issues and build quality of this Yabeela built/supplied forged long block it’s come to light that I’m not the only one that has been screwed by Sammy.

Quite a few people and a couple of companies have pm’d me with their horror stories or bad service by Sammy.

He either owes companies a lot of money or he’s taking customers money and lying about why they’re not receiving what they’ve purchased.

To save anyone from the heart ache and huge financial strain I am now dealing with just DONT EVEN CONSIDER USING YABEELA.

Sammy will tell you what you want to hear, take your money, you may receive your parts 6 months down the track or possible not receive them, then when something goes wrong he’ll wipe his hands of an responsibility, not warrant what he supplied you and won’t message you back leaving you high and dry and out of pocket.

My saving grace in all this is that this Yabeela Forged Engine has never been started, just fitting into my car, tuned over with no plugs to get oil pressure.

Once no oil pressure could be made, engine was pulled out of my car and stripped down to find everything listed above.

So every issue is Sammy’s and Yabeela's issue but fail to take responsibility.

You hit it on the head ‘This is unacceptable’ and the AMG Community should not allow this company to continue business and screwing us AMG enthusiasts over.

I think it should go beyond the AMG Community and, since people are using social media more these days, I think exposing them on social media platforms will be a lot harder to them because it will spread vastly.

Im happy for anyone that thinks this is wrong to spread the word on their social media.

I have and a couple of people and companies have done the same.

I'm just going to tell you from personal experience, it is not an easy nor a cheap thing to sue someone. I had a large well known high performance store basically "tune" my car with dangerous AFRs, mess up a bunch of other things, and blew my motor. They wouldn't take any responsibility, so I sued them. 2 years and thousands of dollars later, I ended up in Mediation and settled for much less than what I would have wanted, as the alternative would have been drop another $10K on lawyers to get to see the inside of a court room. So suing someone isn't to be taken lightly, cuz it's not easy or cheap to do.

Having said that, hit them where it hurts the most: Social media, WTH their real name. Why? They can always close shop and abandon the "Yabeela" name, but if people know the guy's real name, that bad rep will follow him no matter what shop or business he pursues...

Just my $0.02.

I sued what was at the time considered a premiere Audi performance shop nearly a decade ago over getting my built B5 S4 back with billowing white smoke.

It cost me nearly $10k in legal fees to sue the *******s over a very black and white case, but right before we went to court the owner settled for an amount I felt was acceptable (in addition to covering the legal fees I incurred for discovery, etc.). He ended up getting hit with more cases as more customers came out of the woodwork after seeing what I did and went after him.

This isn’t my website, but here’s my story:
http://www.myaudis4.com/vast-sucks/Lawsuit.html

and the actual legal doc if you want the details:
http://www.myaudis4.com/vast-sucks/2..._060349017.pdf

I’m not saying to follow in my footsteps because I basically had to sue them to recover my own car, but if enough people have bad experiences, then there’s power in numbers...

But awareness of probably the easiest thing nowadays... that shop I “sued” closed and never reopened.

The trouble for RDO247 is he is in Australia, the engine came from USA and YPG are Middle East. He would need to sue through the Kuwait supreme court. It would be hundreds of thousands $$, then all come to nothing as the company could likely just liquidate.

Yea...the amount of legal red tape he'd be involved in alone is cost-prohibitive. If you purchased via CC, initiate a chargeback, and let them do the fighting for you...

Well, I got a call from my race shop yesterday.

Seem there’s more to add to the list of missing parts from this Yabeela Long Block.

This was literally a ticking time bomb straight out of its box.

I will post the missing parts once I receive the report from my shop.

Block is now stripped bare and being sent to the machine shop for cleaning, inspection and repair and heads are off to be pressure tested.

Fingers crossed I don’t get any bad news back regarding the heads and block.

Still no reply from Sammy which I think is extremely bad business.

I will keep posting up photos and reporting on the problems with this engine as I’m sure many here are interested to see the build quality.

So an update on what was found when stripping the Yabeela built short block.

More internal parts missing, most of the chain guides and the pins that hold the chain guides in place were missing.

There is a crack in the block where the internal idler gear runs on.

We have to send the block in for an X-ray to see what else could be broken.

This is a complete botch job, how can so many things have been done wrong?

Shame shame shame...

Head have now been sent to be pressure tested.

Fingers crossed they’re ok.

I am no expert but do really want to install this engine? I guess you wanted it to use for racing (knowing your other posts)....looks like a disaster to happen when you put full pressure/power on everywhere. Wow, and no recourse from the supplier?!

Looks like your block was dropped off a building! Honestly, I wouldn’t want to install that knowing how much negligence there was and all the damage you’ve found/been finding.

I’m all about trying to piece together what you have, but that looks really rough. I’d be weary... if this was an engine going in to make stock power than go for it... but when you’re going to be pushing this engine hard and making potentially 4 digit numbers, I wouldn’t trust the internal casting based on how rough it looks outside.

Man. Im soo sorry to hear.

I was the guy that made the thread on them and had been lied to. Funny thing is, they claimed their supercharger to be built in 3 weeks, which i placed an order aug 1st 2019 and they refunded me in October i believe. It's now 2020 and no supercharger to be seen hahahaha. I took that refund and dumped it into my 507 engine build (which is slowlyyyyy coming along)..almost done..will make a new thread once all said and done.

Ive never seen such horrible experience from a company. I remember when people were talking down MHP back then. But i actually ended up getting their headers, on time, end of the day..unlike yabeela.
