Tire Size

I apologize in advance as I'm sure for most of you this is probably not worthy of a thread but I am having a tough time understanding tire sizes.

I have a 2019 C63S Coupe with 12mm spacers all around.

I'd like to upgrade from the stock PSS to PS4S.

When I search for my car on tire sites, it says the PS4S wont fit my car.

What sizes should I be getting?

Thank you!

Sorry this might be little off topic of what you are asking but I'm also thinking same concept of 12mm spacers all around on stock wheels and tires. Is there reason you are upgrading tire sizes? perhaps maybe it doesn't look wide enough with 12mm? Also how do you like 12mm all around on stock height with stock wheel setup?

The proper combo would be 265 in the front and 295 in the rear.

275/305 fit too although ideally for 305 the rim would be at least 11" wide compared to stock 10.5"

I know that PS4S are wider than Pilot SS but they should still fit comfortably even with 12 mm spacers. I have 17 MM spacers up front and 15 MM in the back and plan on changing my tires to 265 front and 295's in the back using PS4S tires.

The performance difference from PSS to PS4s isn't worth the change unless you want to stick to a stock like tire and are due for new rubber. Might want to consider going to R888s or another R compound. Also if you are stock height you should have no problem going 305s in the rear.

I've been looking at PS4S because of what users on the forum say about it.

Are the R888s good tires?

Be careful with these really aggressive tires. They have far less grip unless you put some heat into them. To get them heated up properly you really need to get aggressive.

For daily use, PS4S will offer better grip in most cases on the street.

So for the PS4s would these be the correct tires?

Front -265/35ZR19/XL
Rear - 295/30ZR19/XL

They are great, but I should have clarified they are not a daily street tire. If you are looking for r compound grip on dry surfaces only. Another option is RE71R, which can be drive in rain.

This is true. PS4s are great for wet/dry summer tires. R compounds just offer much more dry grip.

Does your coupe have the cross forged wheels? If so your rear wheel is a 20". You'd need 265/35/19 and a 295/30/20 rear.

Wanted to share so this is on record if anyone is ever searching in the future.

For PS4S' I went with 265/35/19 & 295/30/20 on my 2019 c63s coupe on stock height with oem wheels and 12mm spacers all around.

I've seen some better looking configurations on here, but I will tell you that going with this configuration will change the way your car drives, just like many have said on this forum. I came from the stock PSS' with about 12000 hard miles on them so this is like as day & night as it gets. Yesterday I felt the first full smooth pull from standstill. My car has stock power, so it didn't NEED PS4S', but holy **** does it drive nice.

Apologies for the less than ideal pictures. Limited space in the driveway.

Nice Encore818!
This is exactly setup I've been thinking about having it on my car once I replace stock tires.
For me, I'm thinking about without 12mm spacers tho. I thought it would stick out little much with more meats.
It's hard to tell without looking at it in person. Do you think it pokes out little much or just enough?? Have you thought about running smaller spacers?

I definitely don't feel they poke out too much, I'd say just enough.

I thought 15mm spacer is minimum we have to get to have it properly sit on stock rotor hat (hubcentric).

Idk I have 12mm hubcentric H&Rs. I believe people have run even less than 12.
