Where to get 2nd Cat Delete in Houston Tx
Hey everyone, can someone please recommend me a shop in Houston Tx (near Katy preferably) that are able to remove my 2nd cats. Most shops wont touch them.

Yes I gave them a call and asked but they immediately declined and pushed me away lol. I reached out to another shop called Beraca Muffler & Brakes and they said "Bring it in and let me take a look, if there's space then I can do it". Still haven't taken it to them yet as I may go to the dealer for them to check on my H pipe valves.

Even if a shop is willing/able, most are likely not going to agree to something like that over the phone with someone, and risk it being an EPA fishing attempt.
Go in person, be friendly, let them know you can pay cash, and your chances will increase greatly.

ahh gotcha, any chance you know any place that can do it in the DFW area? I go to college there so im trying to find a shop there also

FYI, for a good place in Houston, I just went to Ace Performance Exhaust off of 45 this morning. In and out in about an hour and it cost $160 out the door.
And man, best $160 I've ever spent!

I gotta check them out, Im in Katy so its kinda a drive but that price is really good! They have a yellowish color store front right? And just curious do you know how they are able to fully weld around the exhaust? Space looks soooo limited where the CAT is.

Looking to get a catless downpipe. (cat delete) my 2003 for expedition XLT 4.6L. Can I order the pipe pre welded with flanges and bolt in my self ? Do you have the adaptor for the o2 sensors so I don't get a code?

I had my Eisenmann exhaust installed on my M6 at Ripley's in Spring. Not long after, one side started hanging. I took it to Affordable Muffler and the owner said it was installed really poorly. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and charged me only $40. I would recommend getting there early in the morning when they open as it's first come first serve and they can get pretty busy at times. Good luck!
