Anyone have 19+ Renntech EVM?
I just received mine and the instruction manual isn't really detail about it.
I'm thinking it's going to be similar to the YouTube link I attached or same procedure but I can't confirm at the moment.
When I spoke with Renntech, they told me I need to have access underneath the car and locate where valve is..? but the manual came with the EVM doesn't show me any part of that.. I'm confused.
Anyone with 19+FL c63s with renntech evm module, point me a direction please.
Thanks.

It takes more time to take apart that underlying cover that sits on top of the battery compartment area than installing EVM itself.

Do you notice the sound difference right away? Also any problems so far?

But it's not as loud as I want it to be yet. From what I heard, 19-20 C63s needs about 5k miles on it to really wake up the exhaust note both in volume and pop/crackle sound.
My car is still less than 1.5k miles, so I will see how it changes after few more miles on it.
If it still not as loud after 5k miles, I plan to get catted downpipe.

Yea pretty big difference in sound when idling and going slow around the town.

i can confirm that after about 5k miles the car definitely wakes up. I am at 5,900 miles and my car is constantly popping and crackling between 2nd and 4th gear. Not sure if its just me or if others have it as well, but after 1,500 miles i drove the car hard and not sure if that made a difference

I can report that my car is very similar. I have the Renntech EVM as well and the car has definitely woken up after 3000km. I think the ECU definitely hides the pops and crackles for the initial breaking in phase. Also my guess is that it helps to sneak this past the emission guys.
What is missing dearly is the volume. I think the facelift model is definitely muted volume wise. I so want to get that secondary cat delete done if I was not worried about warranty issues.

How did you know which one is the flap connector since there are two chunks, and how did you stabilize the cable and control unit? I read some comments saying the cable or the unit may be too closed to the exhaust, causing molten problems.
