Front Upper Trim Install Question
Has anyone replaced these pieces? If so, what's the install process?

I ordered a new CF set from ModeCarbon to replace my now purple plastic pieces...

I think they just pull off (clipped in). (but of course not 100%, so I should have prob just kept my mouth shut...)

Your star is on crooked as well :-(. lol ). give it a little twist..

I believe I was told by Mode Carbon that the front bumper needs to be pulled to install those two pieces. Same question.

I'd be interested too. I am planning on replacing the both upper canard and the bottom diffuser (euro trim style).

I can confirm that the front bumper does need to come off and there are a ton of clips or at least thats what the shop told me.

Got the pieces in the mail today. Came with no instructions.

I emailed Mode and they recommend professional installation.

Looks like you need to drop the bumper. The trim pieces are held on by some type of fastener behind the vent grille.

The bumper MUST be removed. Those stock pieces have 4 screws in each piece that you only access after removing the bumper, then removing a big plastic piece with a bunch of clips in it. Once that is removed, you will have access to the screws. It was a pain, but well worth getting rid of the purple plastic pieces. I did the whole euro-spec carbon front end from RW.
