Problems with new Mercedes me App.?

I was just notified that my existing Mercedes me app. is being replaced by a new app.
I downloaded the new app. for my 2019 C63s. In the new app. under My Profile it shows all my correct personal info, vehicle year and model and VIN number. But I cannot find the info that the previous app had. Such as: Engine (on/off), Windows (opened/closed), Fuel levels, and the status of Brakes, Tire pressue and so on.
Has anyone else had this issue with the new app ? or can help.

The 2019+ models uses the “Mercedes Me Connect” app rather than “Mercedes Me” for functions like remote start and such. Are you in the right app?

Yes, it's all pretty much there from the home screen under Engine, Vehicle Status, Service and Trip Data. Fuel level is under Trip Data for example. Remaining range is even shown at the bottom and if you tap on it it takes you straight to the Trip Data. Lock status, window etc. is under Vehicle Status and also Lock Status and the pad lock next to the license plate/below vehicle model is either open like on the screenshot below to show the car is unlocked, or closed to show the car is locked and in addition if you scroll past the exclamation mark at the bottom you see warnings such as when the car is unlocked. Some things are no longer shown, because they didn't actually work in our cars. For example it no longer shows if the brake pads are still ok, because that actually didn't work. It's only showing if the brake fluid (under Service) is due to be changed. My rear pad wear sensor went off before Thanksgiving and the old app still said my brake pads were fine. The new app is supposed to properly hide features etc. that aren't' actually supported by your specific car. The old app showed stuff that wasn't actually supported and therefore didn't actually work with our cars.

My biggest annoyance with the new app is that I still don't get a picture of my actual car. Same issue I had in the old app, except for a few weeks leading up to one of the maintenance weekends before the app was updated. Now it's back to seeing a generic picture. Same issue in the Mercedes me connect portal and it appears that the reason for that is because the online configurator, which is used to produce a rendering of the car on the fly, is throwing an error for my configuration. Maybe they'll fix it eventually. I've reported it a few times.

I mistakenly downloaded the wrong app. and/or just uninstalled what I had downloaded then just Installed Mercedes me Connect (USA) It is now working fine. The screenshots were helpful in that it immediately confirmed my downloaded Mercedes me Connect Home page matched the screenshot Home page.
Just navigating the new app. now and also see Brake pad status is gone.

It's confusing. There are actually two apps. One is like a VIP app, has nothing to do with remote start or locking doors on your car. The other, called Mercedes Me Connect...that's the one to lock your doors and such.

I posted a few months ago on this Subject.
I'm in Australia and downloaded the "Mercedes Me 2020" for Asia Pacific.

I can't "Add Car" as the car is still in the original owners name.

I bought my car second hand and after visiting Mercedes and calling them continuously they give me the run around!!

I have also contacted Mercedes Head Office and no luck!!

What do I do??

As far as I know, the car needs to be transferred by a dealer. Before I could use the Mercedes Me services, my dealer had to set it up for me on their end. We ended up having to do it together with Mercedes Me on the line, because something wasn't working on his end, but eventually the support person was able to activate it and then I had to login to the portal and activate all the services. There's a welcome email that goes out once it's activate on their end for you, and then you can finish your setup. Not entirely sure how it works with a used car, and how long the services are free in Australia and whether the free period transfers to the new owner, or if you have to pay Both my sales guy and I were just sitting in my car and we called Mercedes Me by pressing the Me button on the ceiling.

What's annoying with the new app is you cannot see the "last trip" information anymore.

Now it just has from "from Start" and total milage. I liked this for when I had my car at valet, dealerships etc..

Anyone else figure a way around this?

I need help with my FB account. I don't have my recovery mail id and contact number, as the number I entered is automatically withdrawn. I don't know how to hire remote assembly developers because I have used all the possible solutions in the internet world. And the biggest problem is that they don't even have any customer support. So if anyone knows of something new that I might not try. I can work to look for this Icon here now. Please help me. I will thank you all.

I had the same issue with my app
At first it has all the features, start engine, unlock/lock doors, shows the location of the car etc.... then after while you will get a email saying these services will be ending, if you want to keep these services you will need to pay for them
