Hahaha no, I think the new OEM downpipes are too restrictive. I think if I switch to the old one, it would be a bit louder. And I get to keep my warranty.

Did you have any luck with PFL downpipes? I am thinking of going the same route on my C63s.

My PFL downpipes are still for sale

If I can’t sell them, they’re sadly going to a recycler because honestly I’ll get more for the cats than what I’m asking for. I just hate the idea of them destroying and melting them down, would rather see someone use them!

Did you ever get a chance to price for the cats how much they were worth?

Man I just bought a set of secondary cats and got them refitted for EPA inspection yesterday. Surprisingly the car runs really well with them (more torquey down low).

How come you need them mate? Had enough of the secondary cat delete?

These downpipes aren't worth sh*t. No precious metals in these Boyson OEM ones. For the secondary cats max you can fob them off for is $100 each & downpipes i got offered $350 for both by two recyclers haha

Yeah way overpriced. I always see the same ads on ebay and on Facebook marketplace for stock downpipes too. Rarely get sold.

I sold my s6 cats for 1k so was expecting these to be similar. They may not be as restrictive as s6 ones but still should be worth more as the materials price has shot up.

Not sure why that's funny, prices have gone up, a few fabricators local to me have shut down businesses as they can't turn over profit as materials have almost doubled.
